How many guests can you accommodate?
Ariel's Special Events Facility can comfortably accommodate 180 guests banquet or reception style, 200 classroom style and 300 theatre style.
What are your rental hours?
Our available rental hours are 7 days a week 7 am - 12 am.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Catering and bartending services must have a business license and be insured.
How do I book an event at Ariel’s?
Call or email Ariel’s staff to check availability of your preferred event date. You may schedule a personal tour to view the building. Bookings can be done in person at Ariel’s or by mail. If you choose to book by mail, a rental agreement will be sent to you along with a few other helpful tools. Upon return of a signed, completed contract and the required down payment, Ariel’s is officially secured for your event on the designated day.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial down payment is due at the time of booking and you have to option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. If you are booking within 30 days of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking.
What is included with each reservation?
When you book your wedding or social event at Ariel’s, we include all of your event essentials. All wedding or social event reservations include: tables, chairs, an easel, and audiovisual equipment. Corporate reservations include tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, an easel, a podium, microphones and wireless internet.
What audiovisual equipment do you provide and how much does it cost?
Ariel’s is equipped with free Wi-Fi, built-in HD projector, an in-house sound system, and hook-ups for a laptop or an iPod/MP3 player. We are also happy to provide wireless microphones. All of our audiovisual equipment is included for no extra charge.
