How many guests can you accommodate?

Ariel's Special Events Facility can comfortably accommodate 200 guests banquet or reception style, 200 classroom style and 300 theatre style. 


What are your rental hours?

Our rental hours are 7 days a week 7 am - 12 am.


I don't need the venue for 12 hours on Saturday. Can I rent it for less time?

Because we work exclusively on one event per Saturday, there is no change in our rental price if you wish to use the facility for less time. The extra time allows you time for set up, decoration, and break down. You are also welcome to arrive early to use our bridal room to get ready and take pictures at Ariel's Special Events Facility.


Can I bring my own food and drink?

2018 Inquiries - If serving food & beverage at your event, catering must be provided by our in-house caterer, Becky Addy with Simply Delicious Catering.

2019 Inquiries -  Event services such as catering or bartending must be approved by Ariel's Special Events Facility, as we require outside vendors to hold Commercial General Liability Insurance. This insurance coverage equals peace of mind for all parties involved and protects all individuals involved in the event. If you have a caterer in mind for your event, let our coordinator know and she will obtain the necessary information to make the final decision of approval.


I want to come and view the event space and property. Do I need to make an appointment?

What is required to book an event?

To book your event, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable down payment. Your down payment will be 25% of the total of all fees. This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of event.


What is your cancellation policy?

You have up to 10 days to cancel a signed Rental Agreement to have your deposit refunded. After 10 days, the deposit is nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. No refunds will be made*, however you will not be liable for any further balance due once you have given cancellation notice in writing.

*We cannot refund any advance payment for a canceled reservation unless Ariel’s is re-rented for the entire period and prepayment has cleared. If a cancellation is successfully re-rented, all of the rent, taxes and security deposit will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee.
